Shipping policy
Every order is a pre-order while the range launches. Here is what that means for delivery.

Pre-orders
The Mayukh range is launching soon. When you order now, you pay and we hold your order. It ships when the range launches, and we message you on WhatsApp, at the number you gave at checkout, when it does. No dispatch date is promised yet.
During our pilot, payments run in Razorpay test mode: no real money is taken, and test-mode orders are not shipped.
Where we ship
Anywhere in India. At checkout we check that your PIN code belongs to the state you choose, so your parcel is not held up on the way.
What it costs
- Free on orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat ₹79 on orders below that.
- The gift box and its handwritten note are complimentary.
The shipping fee, if any, is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Prices include all taxes.
Once your order ships
We send you the courier's name and a tracking link on WhatsApp. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, depending on where you are.
Changing your address
Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference before your order ships and we will change it. Once it has shipped, we will try, but cannot promise.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, send us a photo of the parcel and its contents on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you; see returns and refunds.
If a parcel comes back to us because no one was there or the address was incomplete, we will message you to arrange delivery again. Sending it again costs our flat shipping fee of ₹79.
