Orders and shipping
The range is launching soon. When you order now, you pay and we hold your order; it ships when the range launches, and we message you on WhatsApp when it does. No dispatch date is promised yet. Shipping has the details.
Free on orders of ₹999 and above, anywhere in India. Below that, a flat ₹79.
UPI, cards and net banking, through Razorpay. During our pilot, payments run in Razorpay test mode: no real money is taken. We never ask for your OTP, card details or an advance payment on a call or message.
We confirm your order on WhatsApp at the number you give at checkout, and message you there when it ships. To ask about it any time, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. There are no accounts or passwords.

Returns
Yes, an unopened product within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp first. Returns and refunds has the whole policy.
Send us a photo of the parcel and the product on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we put it right.

Your skin
Every skin is different, so try any new formula on a small patch first: a little on the inside of your arm, left for a day. If your skin feels hot, itchy or looks red, rinse it off and do not use it. If your skin is easily upset, talk to our expert on WhatsApp before you start.
